And that's a wrap!! This sweet little property allowed me to truly follow my gut. We listed this home a few weeks ago and much to my surprise- we received a couple of very low ball offers with no more interest in sight. I knew the home was priced correctly, so I yanked that sucker off the market immediately, freshened it up with a coat of paint, relisted on Monday and went under contract yesterday! If you're selling your home and you aren't seeing interest- switch something up immediately. It could be a variety of things as to why its not selling- whether its paint, cleanliness, smell, updates, or its overpiced- you need to change something and don't take too long to do it! Anyway- Cheers to these sellers as we move closer to closing this chapter 🥂
