1 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup almond butter (or your nut butter of choice)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 chopped nuts (optional)
Scoop 2 tbs of dough per cookie and flatten slightly. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy with a smile!😋🍪
