A little life update...

As of July 5, I'll officially have moved my massage practice from Springdale to Rogers.

This is something I've been working toward for a while, and I'm really looking forward to having a space that's completely my own. It's a chance for me to continue growing my practice and offering even more ways to help people take care of themselves.

Along with massage therapy, I'll now be offering:
• Infrared sauna
• Halotherapy (salt therapy)
• Facial Therapy
• Lymphatic Drainage (coming soon)
• Hot Salt Stone Massage (coming soon)

Sauna and halotherapy can be booked on their own or added to your massage session.

To everyone who has trusted me with your care over the past year... thank you. Every appointment, social media like, and referrals have helped me get to this point.

If you've been meaning to schedule, my calendar has been filling up quickly, so I'd recommend booking ahead.

I can't wait to welcome you into my new space. 🤍
