Ingredients:
Marinade: chopped garlic, pepper, Texas Rub, 1/4 cup soy sauce, Chicken 🍗 halved - Marinate for 2 hours or overnight (Optional)

Cooking Time 1.25 hours
Choice of Chicken or Pork
1/2 Cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
Lots of garlic
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Olive oil or any oil
Chopped Potatoes
Lemon and lemon zest
Peppers 🌶️ if you prefer spicy 🥵
