Two Texas Sisters

It is a super busy day around here. Basil mozzarella bread is about to go in the oven, and I'm on my third load of laundry.
After noon, there won't be much time to even sit. I am meeting with a new pet sitting client, the older girl has voice lessons and a choir concert tonight, and I'm heading out for a pet sitting job after that.
Dinner is going in the crock pot, to make things a little easier on me during the rush.

Anyone else hate chopping onions?
We eat a LOT of onion, which is what I use the SuperSonic Chopper for the most.
A couple of pulls on the pull cord and voilà, chopped onion with no tears!
