Funny story time!

I got recognized tonight!!!!

So I was a judge for the Montgomery County Fair Pet Parade tonight and as always I was late. I had to walk from the parking lot to the exhibit hall in full CJ gear.

I’m walking fast and a family in front of me with a few young kids keep staring at me and I hear a young man say “yes that’s him!”. I’m never one to shy away from fan interactions so I ask him if he knows who I am and he smiles and nods.

I give the whole family high fives and explain I’m in a rush but thank them for being fans, I’m feeling 10 feet tall!

As I walk away the dad finally admits that they thought I was Cody Johnson and they have no clue who I am 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

I’ve been mistaken a time or two, but this one still has me rolling! I thought I was meeting a fan fam and feeling so cool, they thought they had encountered a country music great 😂.
