Summer break is here, but learning doesn’t have to stop! Reading during the summer helps students stay sharp, build vocabulary, and discover new interests.

There are amazing summer reading programs available for all ages, including children, teens, and adults, so the whole family can participate together. Whether you enjoy graphic novels, mysteries, fantasy, sports stories, or audiobooks, there’s something for everyone at the public library.

Visit your local library, join a reading challenge, and see how many books you can explore before school starts again!

Join us as we kick off the 2026 Summer Reading Program with a celebration you don’t want to miss!

Children can register for the Summer Reading Program and receive FREE Pelican’s Snoballs, and so much more!
