Mid Florida K9 welcomes 6 month old Sully to our 4 week board and train program. During this program, Sully will be learning obedience, leash manners, impulse control, amongst many other things.

Reign is checked in for his board and train program. Over the next four weeks Reign will be staying and training with Mid Florida K9 to learn obedience and leash manners amongst other things. Reign is an 8 month old Rottweiler. Welcome Reign!!!

🇺🇸Ellie Mae🇺🇸
From foster, to rescued, to working dog.

I fostered Ellie from not a good home/place after being hit by a car on US Hwy 41, with intention on finding her a home. She had Cherry eye in both eyes and required two separate surgeries. Her hip was shattered and healed incorrectly.
Fast forward a few months and two surgeries later; I was in love, no way I could get rid of her, consider her rescued.

I spent a lot of time gaining her trust and building a bond through training. What started out as a project taught me more than any class ever would. I imprinted Ellie on narcotics odor and she was offered a job at the Port of Tampa detecting narcotics. Taken in, to loved, to us being a team. Patience, hard work and consistency made us inseparable and helped us achieve things I never saw being an option.

Odin and his family started private lessons yesterday. His family learning new training methods through Mid Florida K9 along with consistency, Odin’s future is on course for success.

Shamus and his owner, Anne, started private lessons with Mid Florida K9 today. We’re happy to watch the skill set and relationship of these two advance through training.
