CUCUMBER SLUSHY 🍧 written recipe below 👇🏾

Your new favourite, refreshing summer drink that only has a handful of ingredients 😊

👇🏾ingredients👇🏾
-1 or 2 large organic cucumber
-juice of 1 lime/lemon
-few sprigs of mint
-2 tbsp agave syrup (or maple, sugar etc)
-big cup of ice

👇🏾method👇🏾
-wash and dice the cucumber then transfer to a blender/food processor everything except the ice then blend into a liquid.
-add the ice and blend into a slushy consistency, serve with more fresh mint and drizzle of agave 😊..
