Minarets, madrassas, mosques, mausoleums, museums, markets—- our special journey to Uzbekistan had all that and more. Travelers from four countries, joined by a local guide, visited five cities in Uzbekistan. Not a typical Friendship Force journey, but delightful nonetheless.

Today some of us explored the Lego exhibit at Museum of Arts and Culture here in Spokane. It was fun to see in miniature many of the places we take visiting ambassadors. Looking forward to hosting San Antonio and Albuquerque this summer. The Lego exhibit will be gone but the museum, the red wagon and the Spokane Falls will be there for us to share.

Some days it may seem we don’t know if we’re coming or going but we always have a good time. Because we were coming AND going🤗We traveled to Vietnam, India, Niagara, and Colorado. We hosted people from Uzbekistan, Michigan and New Hampshire. international with friends

A busy week with Ambassadors from five different clubs came to an end yesterday. Sights were seen, meals were enjoyed and friendships were made and strengthened. Spokane put out the Welcome Mat and showed off its fall colors.
