Sometimes, buying a home wasn’t your plan (because you lived in a perfectly good home). But Gods plan for you was even better.

Way back when, I became new friends with this person on instagram and she told me they didn’t have any intent on buying a new home. And I was happy they were in a home that they loved. However, she messaged me a few months ago to tell me their home had caught on fire while they were out of town and they would look at their options.

While that home was being rebuilt, they loosely started looking and they ACCIDENTALLY found their perfect home. Not their move up home but their forever home that had everything they needed and wanted. The only thing they didn’t want to do was buy right that instant. But as luck should have it - the sellers needed a really long close so they could move after graduation.

My buyers won when multiple offers were submitted, they had a simple inspection negotiation, and we closed on their forever home in Idaho last week.

I will continue to say this until I’m blue in the face but buying a home is simply doing the best you can with what’s in front of you. And I’m so glad my clients had the best outcome from such an event.
