We’re so excited to welcome back some of our favorites to the ZOLA kitchen over the next few Mondays. These incredible chefs are Feast World Kitchen grads, have cooked in our kitchen before, and are truly beloved by our community.

Feast World Kitchen will be serving delicious bao made by Chef Michelle. Choose either Chicken Gua Bao or Tofu Gua Bao. Come hungry and taste the flavors of Asia. Feast World Kitchen will be at Manito Place.

Meet Peeking Duck Restaurant Co-owner, Chef Michelle. She was born and raised in Hong Kong, which is known for its culturally diverse cuisines. After moving to Spokane, WA in 2016, she began studying at the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy. There, she met her husband and co-owner, Chef Sebastian in culinary school. After graduating, she had the pleasure of working at a few well-known restaurants around town. In 2020, she started cooking at . Over the years, she was able to share her beloved childhood dishes with the local community. Currently, she is one of the managers at Feast World Kitchen. She and her husband established Peeking Duck Restaurant in hopes of continuing to share her favorite dishes with others. Keep a look out for their pop-up dinners at various locations around town!

Hello, it’s Chef Michelle from Feast World Kitchen. I’m proud to announce that Feast World Kitchen and Zola are teaming up to offer graduated Chefs from Feast World Kitchen an opportunity to share their cuisine at Zola’s on Monday nights.
