Hey guys! I’ve always offered online training, but I have not pushed it onto my platform nearly as much as I do in person training.
Online training can be SO beneficial to so many people because you are able to workout on YOUR time, and even your own house!
This option is also great for those of you who feel “too busy” to start a healthy and active lifestyle. It is 100% possible to achieve your fitness goals from online training as I offer personalized workouts for your goals, nutrition coaching, AND habit coaching.
This is something I’ve recently decided to really start pursuing because I know how helpful in can be to many people who don’t know where to start, but want to work out on their own time!

Did you know to lose weight or gain muscle, your nutrition is one of the single most important factors alongside exercise? Your nutrition is SO important, and many people skip over this factor.
1. You WILL NOT lose weight unless you are in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume).
2. Progressive overload (training for muscle growth) will not be effective if you are not consuming ample protein/carbs/calories.
Whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle, these are very important factors that you need to put into consideration!
💡If you are working out every day, but eating in a calorie surplus, you will not see the scale move down! (If anything it will move up due to gaining muscle)
💡In another light, if you are working out consistently, applying progressive overload, but eating 1100 calories a day and 30g of protein, you will not see growth!! If you want that dump truck b***y, or those Boulder shoulders, you gotta eat girl!!
Nutrition is SO SO important when it comes to your health goals. I cannot stress that enough! Lifting weight and doing cardio is just a small portion of what you should be doing to reach your goals. When it comes to meeting your health/fitness goals, nutrition is 80% , exercise is 20%. Make your nutrition a priority if you want to meet your goals!!
