what a blessing it is to be able to be back up in new ulm for another weekend of racing! i am grateful for the ability to do this alongside my team.

racing in billings on saturday was an absolute dream. the hospitality i was met with while i was there was unlike any other track ive been to.

i adapted quickly to the smaller size track and different surface, and was pretty much dialed in after practice. it didn’t take long for the south dakota girl to start turning heads. in the heat races, i got 2nd in the 450 pro, 1st in 450 am, and 1st in the women’s. i had numerous other racers from Washington, Montana, and west river SoDak coming up to me to introduce themselves and complimenting my style and performance.

i finally got to meet the ceo of RASE, Michael Marsh, and he was gracious enough to sponsor me after recognizing my potential. which is a huge honor as he has sponsored a lot of big names in the industry. i am excited to represent him going forward.

i got to catch up with the voice of AFT, Scottie Deubler, who was announcing the races. he had nothing but good things to say, which was another great honor. he had the grandstands cheering every time i was up to race.

main event time rolled around, and i was very motivated to keep the momentum going. my new dunlop tire had me hooked up and i got great starts all day and night. i was second going into the first corner of the pro main, and ran out of steam after all those laps in the 100 degree heat and got third in that. they scored my other two mains off of the heats, so i ended up winning the women’s and 450 am.

i’m very happy with my results, the facility, and the people i met, and i am very much looking forward to going back soon.
