Try this beginner aerial silks drop from a knot to test your strength and trust! This backwards drop is hands-free and requires you to climb above your knot to get two loops around your legs. The important thing here is to make sure your legs are together and piked when you are dropping. Putting your arms in a T will catch you on the way down!

We’re so excited to *finally* announce that Cirka is launching a progressive online training platform for aerialists. We have been working on building dozens of video tutorials together that we are so excited to share with you all. Our goal is to make learning aerial accessible to all, with progressive learning, expert coaching and support every step of the way!
