While working for Monster Energy, Toms Shoes, and TWLOHA in college he realized his super power in bringing people together and building community around causes and through events. After college, Caleb took on a role at Silicon Prairie News on the Big Omaha and went on to lead Big Omaha and other large scale events for several years. In his current role, he is learning more in depth on building and measuring community impact.
