Why do you work out? You have to do your why, it will motivate you when you don’t think you can do it! My why is for my kids and my partner, Brett. I want to live to a ripe old age so I can torment them, hahahaha! All kidding aside, I want to be around as long as I can for them❤️ on days when I don’t want to, I think of them! You can’t buy strong, friends. Have you ever looked at someone and knew they worked out by looking at them? How could you tell?

Muscle. Legs, abs, arms, shoulders. You can’t buy it, you earn every ounce of it. I’ve started lifting heavier weights and I can totally tell! Time will tell if it’s working or not but I feel stronger, more energized, and hungrier!

Let’s pick up those weights today and push!

It's just an amazing community of women encouraging each other every step of the way. We're making our way back to the Warehouse this fall, and I am super excited to see all of you!
