I like to call this dessert a comfort cake. It’s gives me allll the feels when indulging in a slice 🤤

This light, soft, ultra moist sponge cake gets soaked in a mixture of 3 milks just like a traditional tres leches with my own spin on it. My version is pumpkin-y and flavored with fall spices and topped with a spiced whipped cream. Even non-pumpkin lovers enjoy it 🍁
