We celebrated the strength, stability, courage and hard work of the fathers in our community with a BBQ luncheon! Besides the good food, the men found humor in the chocolate ci**rs our Office Manager, Karen presented to them. 😁Many thanks to the good fathers and their sacrifices!

How do we keep our brains sharp? Cindy leads our trivia competition! (There is never a dull moment when she is around.) She reads the questions, we discuss the answers in groups, learn the history behind the answers and compete to win! 🤓

Love and appreciation was in the air last Sunday as we celebrated Mother's Day! A giant thank you to all mothers for the love, sacrifice and perseverance they show every day! Friends and family gathered and enjoyed Mother's Day luncheon thanks to the hard work of the staff and chefs. ❤️

It was all hearty appetites and smiles at the cinco de mayo buffet this week! Many thanks to chefs William and Bricksy for the outstanding dinner. 🤩

Wondering how your loved one would be received at a senior living community? This friendly group is at the New Resident Welcome Social to meet our newest resident, Bernie! I love that our residents are so loving and friendly! 🥰 Our chefs are in the background, making shakes so our social a tasty one. 😋

Ed celebrated his 93rd birthday with us! 🎉Lucky for him, our birthday entertainment was the same the day as his birthday! Akshay played Ed's song request "Unchained Melody" so he could dance with his wife, Martina. He sang it to her as they danced. 💝We were all moved by their dance. 😍

Our Afternoon Tea was a big hit! Each guest received a gift box with tea, honey and a handmade bracelet with a tea charm. 🥰 The food and entertainment by Marty Hillman were excellent! 🌟

Three cheers for our Sous Chef, Bricksy! 😊 He always delivers tasty snacks for our Happy Hour. He is originally from Guatemala. He went to Cordon Bleu and uses that knowledge to keep the residents happy with great entrees, desserts and snacks! We are so grateful for him. ❤️
