Life is a beautiful moment…
This is your reminder to not take nature 🌿 for granted anymore.
Get out the house, take a walk around your street or at a park, experience the plants, the flowers, the animals.
Last I checked, that doesn’t cost a thing but a few minutes of your time which you gladly give away to Instagram quite often (me too). 👀
There’s so much beauty around us that we often miss because we’re not present. Becoming more present is simple and cultivates an energetic quality within us called sattva which is where harmony, joy, intelligence, and purity lives.

Wow, spa days 🧖🏽♀️ hit different. 👌🏽 I got the opportunity to experience Capella Bangkok’s Luk Pra Kob massage and it was ah-mazing!
Luk Pra Kob is an Ayurvedic herbal compress massage where the masseuse applies a warm natural poultice filled with herbs to your entire body. The herbal compress includes lemon grass, galangal, turmeric, ginger, tamarind, kaffir lime, eucalyptus, and other herbs and it helps relieve aches and combat fatigue.
The best way to describe this massage is revitalizing and balanced. You have the option to choose from soft, medium, or hard pressure (I went with medium) and the experience begins with a coconut base foot wash before you move to the massage table where you can pretty much leave all your worries lol. I was asked which areas of my body I wanted them to focus on (I chose my lower back and stomach) and she really took her time on those areas. I felt a big difference afterwards in terms of how light I felt in my stomach area.
My goal with this travel wellness series is to show you how attainable Ayurvedic wellness is while traveling by sharing things you can do where you’re staying to maintain your digestive health, hacks on finding the best/freshest food, and resort wellness experiences like this one.
