🌿 Tend Your Roots™ — A Plant Care & Self-Care Workshop
Chevy Chase Community Center-DC I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’m hosting my first workshop through The Houseplant Apothecary™.

Tend Your Roots™ is a hands-on experience where we’ll explore how caring for plants can also help us care for ourselves.

During this workshop, we’ll talk about plant health, soil, and root systems while also slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves through the calming practice of plant care.

Participants will learn the basics of repotting, plant wellness, and how tending to living things can support our own sense of balance and calm.

This is meant to be a relaxed, welcoming space — whether you’re new to plants or already love them.

🌿 Space is limited so everyone can have a hands-on experience.
