In Where the Light Lingers, I focused on capturing the warm, radiant colors of a sunset just as they begin to fade into dusk. I chose to keep the foreground and water more abstract to preserve the viewer’s focus on the luminous sky. The path leading into the scene offers a quiet sense of invitation—toward stillness, reflection, and the lingering light of day’s end.
