Navesink Indoor Rowing

We began a once per week erg technique, control, and power program for the summer of 2023. Saturday 9:45am open ergs. We will establish proper technique, then learn to control our stroke rates, then add power. This is the path.

Rising 8th Grade and high school students who have never rowed - we have classes for you! Registration is open - please share and help spread the word!
