A clean computer is a happy computer. We had this computer come in that was randomly rebooting and locking up. The customer was sure that they had a virus. As it turned out, the computer was choking on dust and overheating. After a thorough cleaning, the computer is running just fine. We did check for infections anyway, but because they were running a good internet security software, none were found.
