CEOs find time to work out. Parents with three kids find time. That person working two jobs? They're at the gym at 5 AM. You have 168 hours a week — claiming you can't spare 3 for your health means Netflix is more important than not dying early. Harsh but true.

The person doing 20-minute workouts 5 days a week for a year will destroy someone who does perfect 90-minute sessions twice a week. Stop waiting for the "perfect" program, diet, or motivation. Start with something stupid simple — 10 pushups daily — and build from there.

Hate running? Don't run. Can't afford a gym? Do bodyweight exercises. Love dancing? That counts too. The fitness industry profits from making you feel inadequate about your choices. Consistency with "imperfect" exercise beats perfect workouts you skip.
