Last Friday, our CEO Kathleen Harnish McKune had the privilege of facilitating the KC Metro Behavioral Health Access Summit which brought together behavioral health clinicians and executives to determine next steps in our efforts to improve access to behavioral services for our community members. This effort will move forward next into implementation planning based on the information shared and next steps brainstormed by those in attendance. TeamTech facilitated a Strategic Thinking session yesterday for the Johnson County Library Board. We enjoyed working with this wonderful group of staff and volunteer board members. The Merriam branch is just beautiful. Have you been to a Johnson County Library lately? It’s a wonderful experience!

It was a great day facilitating Johnson County Executive Leadership Team's strategic thinking retreat! The day kicked off with Dan Meers (AKA KC Wolf), then we jumped into small group work, played a fun priorities game, and spent some time with succession planning.
