📍 Little Jaye | South Park

Only 10 seats! This is a one-of-a-kind guided tasting and cooking class with the Meat Dudes, Evan, Chef Tyler and honorary meat dude Chef Christian, exploring the full spectrum of American Wagyu.

You’ll taste everything from rich Full Blood to approachable F1 Cross while learning how genetics, feeding programs, and ranching styles shape flavor and texture. Along the way, we’ll break down how to properly cook Wagyu, what to look for when buying it, and the simple techniques that bring out the best in every cut.

Guests will enjoy a curated sampler of premium American Wagyu along with a paired glass of wine. If you’re new to Wagyu or already obsessed, either way, this experience is designed to make Wagyu approachable, understandable, and seriously delicious.

Join Chef Christian at Little Jaye for a cozy, hands-on class where you’ll learn the secrets to making the perfect biscuit. First, watch the chef demo the technique, then hop onto the professional flat top to build one of Little Jaye’s signature breakfast sandwiches.

You’ll also leave with fresh biscuits to take home (if they make it that far!).
