The Get Up movement is one of the best alignment exercises I know. It's the foundation of many movements including the ever popular Turkish Get Up. Practice this movement, you will find it humbling. For an added challenge, try to hover your hand and foot above the ground after rotating into the crawl position. Learn to control and master this movement.
Never lose the skill of getting up from the ground, it could serve you well later in life.
