Beyond the presentation impact, the Canlis Wine Cradle is a meticulously crafted tool for decanting wine. Resting the bottle at an angle begins the process of pulling the sediment down to the base. At the time of serving, cork removal can be done securely in place to minimize disturbance. Using the upper rods to carry, the pour can be performed while looking through the large viewing window under the neck to ensure all sediment is refrained from entering the decanter.
