What I eat on the petroleum diet⛽️

Disclaimer: This is a funny video - nothing more, nothing less. I did not eat any of these. All of these foods contain petroleum derivatives or had petroleum derivatives used in their processing.

All of these foods are considered safe to consume in small amounts. Consuming these is NOT the equivalent of consuming petroleum.

I made this video to shed light on the highly processed ingredients in some of our “foods,” as many people are consuming these and are unaware.
I’m not suggesting anything “bad” will happen to you if you eat these- however, I do think that consuming these over time could lead to negative health consequences.

When these are described as “safe,” please know that we do NOT have enough long-term studies (sometimes none) on all of their impacts on all of our different systems.

Since these are not evolutionarily consistent, I do not see any benefit in consuming these “in moderation”- I just see them as major downside risks.
