We head into the coming season with a strong sense of gratitude for the impact our clients have enabled us to make on addressing food insecurity, community health and wellbeing, and the environment. Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetland (RBUFW) produces 5,000 lbs. of food for the Rainier Beach neighborhood, builds community through volunteerism and farming, and the wetland cleanses water headed the Lake Washington while supporting a thriving community of critters and insects.
