Welcome to Women's Group! This week featured the Cottonwood tree, the tallest deciduous native tree in the PNW and the bridge between Father Sky and Mother Earth, as the Lakota people say. Air and water, swords suit and cups suit, logic and emotion, head and the heart. Poetry, journaling, meditation, movement and song. Another 8-week Women's Nature Circle series starts in April.
