Concrete Carpenter Foreman

Alpine Edge Concrete is a growing structural concrete contractor serving the greater Seattle area. We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Carpenter Foreman who can run work, lead a crew, and take full ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a small concrete crew in the field
* Layout, form, and build structural concrete (footings, foundations, walls, slabs)
* Order concrete and coordinate pours (mixes, timing, pump, etc.)
* Read and build from plans, specs, and rebar details
* Coordinate with inspectors, GCs, and other trades
* Maintain production, quality, and safety on site

Requirements:

* 5+ years concrete experience with strong formwork background
* Experience with 3/4” and 1-1/8” formwork systems
* Ability to order concrete and manage pours
* Knowledge of ADA requirements (slopes, access, tolerances)
* Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
* Ability to read and speak English
* Spanish is a plus
* Can read plans, layout, and run elevations
* Proven ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving
