Hello friends! Please accept this invitation to join me in holding out hope that it will be safe to travel next March because we all need something to look forward to now that summer is behind us!

I am thrilled to announce that general registration is open for my March 2022 retreat in Mexico. I’m co-hosting this very special, immersive, week-long digital fast and yoga experience with my dear friend Nicole Bratt, an incredible Restorative Yoga teacher and wonderful human.

Here’s the cliff notes version of what we’ve created for you: a week on the warm Pacific coast at the astonishingly beautiful Present Moment Retreat Center. Imagine all the yoga, sunsets, delicious food, relaxation, and sandy beach walks you could wish for in the cozy, chill town of Troncones (just north of Zihuatanejo) and an increasingly rare opportunity to actually unplug and “detox” from phone/computers/tech.
