My self-published guided journal, “Listen Within – Guided Journal: 30 Days to Uplift Your Mindset, Deepen Self-Awareness, and Turn Reflection Into Action” is now out and available on Amazon!!

I’ve been wanting to create a guided journal for many years. Mostly because I’m a huge supporter of getting to know oneself. For example, when I can see where I have limiting beliefs holding me back, I can then do something about changing them so I can get unstuck and move forward and stop living in the mud trying to make sandcastles.

I’ve been journaling off and on since I was in the 5th grade. And I’ve met so many people who tell me they want to journal but don’t know where to start, they are intimidated by the blank page, and don’t want to do it wrong. (PS-There is no wrong way💗). I was so inspired by you!! So I created this journal with prompts to help anyone who wants to journal or currently does and wants to shake it up.

Being unemployed is giving me the ability to put some of my dreams into the world, which I’m so grateful for. This journal took me about 10 weeks which felt like forever 😄. It was so hard and also easy and rewarding. It definitely used alllll my skills (art direction, art, design, heart centered questions, positive psycology, research, coaching) which one doesn’t get to do often, which was a pretty cool experience.

If you have been wanting to journal, try this one out! If you already journal but want to be pushed in new ways, this will do it! Then, let me know what you think!!

(PS-for my designer friends, this is self-published so the paper quality and cover aren’t top notch 😞 but the content is good 😄. Sacrifices…😂🙌🏻)
