What a way to start the Colorado portion of @postsfromthepub beer tour. @bristolbrewing in the @ivywildschool complex provides a laid back, social atmosphere for good beer drinking. 12 beers 12 tasters, the waitress didn't even ask if I wanted them separated into 2 orders. I like their style here. Go big is our motto at @postsfromthepub. In a renovated school building, Bristol pub shares space with multiple other bars, shops and eateries. If I had to narrow my recommendation down to one beer, twisting my arm and holding a death ray to my head...death ray IPA would be it. The perfect balance of citrusy and bittery flavors. Most IPAs taste the same to me. But death ray has that extra special tongue curling IBUness that makes it a ray above the rest. @postsfromthepub makes our way to @rogueales in @cityofissaquah Issaquah, WA. So many good beers to recommend and such a beautiful city...the rigors of beer drinking and sacrifices made for our followers. Settling on only one beer to recommend would have to be the Hazelnut Brown Nector. An American brown, its robust and hazelnutty richness slides down your throat and creates a euphoria that is only equaled if you visit the local cannabis shop.
