Introducing the new Lux Life Gym Design ✨ A luxury home gym design firm located in North Texas.
LLGD has entered a new chapter in business, sharpening their services and design offerings to create gorgeous in-home fitness spaces with a white glove experience. So we needed to take their brand from “gym” company to luxury design & build service provider.
A high-end website was the end goal, but we needed to set the foundation through the brand design first.
So we refreshed and expanded the visual system to include a rich color palette, sophisticated font hierarchy and custom patterns for a bespoke touch.
Then we built a clean, editorial style website with all new messaging where the company’s work can shine.
It’s not often that a client keeps their old logo through a rebrand, but I felt we could work with what he had and focus on expanding the brand around it. My client also had good brand equity in the color purple, but we warmed the palette up from his old colors and added some lush greens for contrast. A great example of how your logo alone is not your *brand.* Your brand is so much more than that.
What do you think?

Introducing the new Solmade ☀️ What started as a refresh earlier this year evolved into a full rebrand, and I’m so excited to finally share it with the world.
I’ve always loved the double meaning behind my business name: work made from the soul, and “sol,” which means sun in Spanish. Warmth, optimism, artistry, light. Things that have always shaped both me and my work.
But I never gave my own brand the level of attention I give to my clients. Lots of reasons for that–fear of committing to a style or colors, lack of time, and I just wasn’t ready.
The internal evolution hadn’t happened yet. A rebrand can’t just be aesthetic. It has to reflect who you’ve already become.
Over the last few years, I’ve changed so much as a designer, business owner, and person. And this year I was ready to own the things that make this studio what it is.
So I created a custom wordmark with movement and warmth. I leaned into the sun motif instead of overcomplicating it. I embraced the color yellow (always my favorite, but I was scared to use it in my business), and grounded it in other earthy colors, textures and sun print patterns. And I refined my messaging around something I believe deeply: the best brands aren’t just seen, they’re felt.
This rebrand is a new chapter for Solmade Studio and for me personally. I wanted it to feel like this song sounds: a dandelion in the wind. A little earthy, bright, and free-spirited.
When we were shooting, my photographer said I was leaning into the sun like a wildflower, and that’s when I knew we nailed it.
Thanks for being on this journey with me.
