La Bodeguita de Mima in the NuLu neighborhood of Louisville, KY was phenomenal! I've never been to Cuba, but walking into this restaurant gave me all the vibes of what I assume Cuba once was. I have the Guava Salmon and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Have you ever been to Louisville, KY? How about the Butchertown neighborhood? I was really impressed with the city itself, especially the neighborhoods like this. Apparently Old Town is even better.
