Blueberries are starting to pop!

Blueberry bushes at Copper Clad are covered in berries - can’t wait til they ripen.

Take your egg game to a new level! These are scrambled with lots of butter over low heat. A little over halfway through the cooking process, cream and a dab of dijon are combined in. Eggs are served with planed pecorino and fresh chives. Great for brunch, supper, or nosh after an evening out.
