This is a very special sale. I met these buyers over two years ago at an open house. They LOVE their rental (both living experience and price) and have been reluctant to make the move to home ownership.

I kept in contact, giving them market updates, and letting them know that I am here waiting for when they feel ready.

So... this summer they started to take the idea of home purchasing more seriously and begun to look at some houses.
