This week has been a whirlwind of back to back shoots, and honestly, I’m loving the pace.

Going from project to project every single day is definitely a test of endurance, but it’s showing me exactly what I’m capable of as a leader. Managing the gear and the technical side is one thing, but keeping the vision clear for my team and maintaining deep relationships with my clients while the pressure is on is where the real growth happens.
