I met these clients over 10 years ago at an open house. We kept in touch and every other year they discussed selling their home with me. Every time we decided it wasn’t the right time. On day 15 we got an offer and that evening we got a second offer- We sold for full price, closing in 2 weeks with a buyer who adores this home and property. Sometimes it doesn’t happen in 1 day & with the right strategy and preparation- the results speak for themselves.
