Accessible parking can sometimes be a reasonable accommodation under the ADA.
If an employee needs a parking-related change because of a disability, the employer and employee should engage in an interactive process to explore possible accommodations.
This may depend on the workplace, parking arrangement, and the employee’s disability-related needs.
