Come and celebrate women's empowerment at the Catherine McAuley Center on August 24! There’s something for everyone at this FREE event, open to the community, offering food, music, games, and lots of activities!

Don’t miss the SHE-RO awards, recognizing three incredible women who are true SHEroes in our community! You can also get creative and make your own empowering merchandise at the event. Bring a cloth item to have screen-printed for a suggested $5 donation.

It may be hot outside, but we're feeling the holiday spirit! Join us in celebrating our Christmas in July Toy Drive by dropping off toys at our Admin Office at 430 Pittston Ave. The Holidays are one of our favorite and busiest times of the year. In order to help as many families as possible this holiday season we are now excepting New toy donations!

Hello, My name is Shannon and I work as a program coordinator at the Catherine Mcauley Center. I have a BS in Psychology and Human Services and am very excited to be utilizing it with a great agency. I am currently a Luzerne County resident and am very eager to learn about Lackawanna County's resources and area.
