845 Tack Revive

It's time to get that tack cleaned! This is a synthetic saddle I gave a little touch up to and is now for sale. No brand name 16" seat with semi QH bars.

Don't have tack to clean? No worries. If it's leather I'll clean it. A nice pair of coach riding boots and a vintage leather suitcase were fun projects.

Rough out restorations are so rewarding. The change is so drastic.

As we kick off the new year, it’s a good time to take a step back and evaluate your horse’s health. Monthly body condition scoring allows you to monitor your horse’s condition to ensure they are staying healthy and fit.

These are the 6 key areas you should be assessing when doing a body condition score. Rate each area 1-9 and then calculate the average to get your horse’s body condition.

I am always in search of old or neglected or just unwanted tack. They make great test pieces for all of the cleaners, conditioners and recoloring I use. I want to give you an honest recommendation on supplies and so I make sure to use them myself first.

Remember now is the time to get your tack deep cleaned so it's feeling and looking like new. This way you'll be ready for the warm weather. Bits, bridles, halters, girths, chaps, boots, saddles, saddle pads, and just about anything in-between I can clean. Fleece on your saddle flat or dirty no worries. You can have that cleaned and fluffy like it's new. Squeaky saddle? No problem. Unidentified tack found in the dark corners of your trailer, tack room, barn or basement. That's nothing some tender love and care can't fix. Let me give your favorite saddle the spa day it deserves.
