Music Compound is proud to be part of the Youth Activity Collective, a network of like-minded organizations throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families.

Every month we gather to connect, share ideas, and support one another. Because the stronger we are together the better we can serve the families in our community.

And this August many of our Collective partners will be joining us in person.

Do you play an instrument and feel called to serve on a worship team?

Worship Jam Lab is a 6 week clinic at Music Compound built for young musicians ages 11 through 18 who want to develop the skills to play confidently in a worship band setting.

Led by instructor Josh E., students learn the real practical skills worship musicians need. Reading chord charts. Playing with a click track. Following a worship leader. Understanding dynamics and transitions. Showing up with confidence and consistency every single week.

This is not just another music class. It is a pathway for young musicians who feel called to something bigger.
