Reflection, refracted, rippling
Currents beyond the surface…
Depth rises - and releases:

The need to be seen
For I SEE myself.
The need to be heard
For I am listening.
The need to be felt, touched, supported-
For I am touched by life’s breath,
While My heart beat walks
With the rhythm of creation,
of Mother, of Earth, stepping
Into the mystery of the moment-
Swimming, floating, dancing
Like water as part of me- and I,
Part of it.
