This post is way overdue, but no better time than now to express my gratitude for this guy! If you don’t already know my secret weapon in real estate ⬆️(this guy in the photo)⬆️ then we probably haven’t had the chance to talk business. Not only is Jim the reason I got into real estate 2 years ago, but he’s the reason I know everything I do about it today.

What most people don’t know about full-time real estate agents is that we don’t really have “days off”. Our hours vary dramatically from day to day, and are almost always unpredictable. It makes it really hard to plan personal time, but that’s just part of the job. We could choose to shut things off, of course, but most of the time we can’t help but put our clients first. Jim has taught me that the only way to do this business well is to give your clients your all and that means working crazy hours, holidays, during events and vacations… usually.

This week, I was able to be with family and unplug. A true vacation wouldn’t have been possible without Jim holding down the fort back in SD. We all need a little time away sometimes, I’m just so grateful I could do it and know that our business didn’t skip a beat thanks to this guy.
