Today was a special day. Today I got to tell a client (turned family) that they get to start their next chapter in life, Retirement. A couple of years ago we discussed him wanting to retire and the future plan of a business sale in 3-5 years. But less than 4 months after that I was told to list it! It’s been a crazy year and a half but we found the perfect buyer and I’m very honored to have had the pleasure to represent both parties.
