IBD (Crohn's and Colitis) can be so unfair and destructively life-changing. It can leave us feeling drained, exhausted, misunderstood, isolated, degraded, limited, frustrated, hateful, horrendous, confused, sick, and lonely.
Let me encourage you today by saying, you are not alone, and NEVER GIVE UP!
You are stronger than you might think. Even though giving up might feel like the only option, KEEP GOING, you got this ....

Do you have gut issues? Are you running to the bathroom to go #2 … 5, 10, or even 20 times a day?
Perhaps you've been diagnosed with IBD or IBS and are sick and tired of being sick and tired!
Well, if you want some info on how I overcame IBD (Crohn's) without the use of drugs, chemicals, supplements, or surgery, then let me know 👇👇👇👇👇
You see, back in 2014, I was diagnosed with a form of irritable bowel disease (IBD) called Crohn's and man, has it been a ride.
And from the time I got diagnosed, I was determined and I knew I had to get better.
I wanted to have the energy to work, play with my kids, enjoy time with my wife, and really live life ... and felt I couldn't afford mentally, physically, and financially all the medications and possibly surgery.
So I researched every online form blog post related to IBD / IBS that I could find, joined Facebook groups, read books, began taking courses to complete my PhD in holistic health and nutrition. I even wrote a book of my own called Conquest.
And that's when I discovered the truth behind IBD, IBS diverticulitis, general gut, digestion problems, and so many other illnesses.
You see, we weren't meant to live with sickness. We were meant to live vibrantly, healthy, energetic lives.
But I discovered to be healthy, I had to live healthfully. I realized my lifestyle, diet, and thoughts were making me sick.
I realized as humans, we were meant to live and eat completely different than how most of us do in today's modern world.
So I knew I had to get back to nature, get more rest, eat natural foods, remove or limit the stress in my life, and make my health the number one priority.
I knew if I did this, I would recover and become even stronger and healthier than I was before and do so for the rest of my life.
So, that's exactly what I did and after healing from Crohn's, I've been able to do some amazing things. I've had more energy and health than ever to do all the things I've wanted to do in life, and .... SO CAN YOU!

I set this flag up today in my home gym to inspire me while I workout, but also reminds me of my book, "Conquest".
Conquest documents my journey to conquer my severe gut issues (Crohn's) without drugs, chemicals, or surgeries. I wanted it to inspire others, perhaps like you, going through similar gut challenges.
Here are a couple of steps I wrote about in Conquest you can take today to Conquer your gut sickness.
1. Get LOTS of sleep … you see, when we sleep, that's when our body works it's magic. When we sleep, that's when we heal. In today's day and age it's easy to neglect this critical part of life. If you are sick of being sick, let your body rest and rest some more. Strive to get 12+ hours of sleep each night while you are in a healing phase …
2. Take it Easy on Your Gut … When we are extremely sick, or in a flare, we need to rest our Gut's. This may even mean water or juice fasting for some time so your body can focus on healing instead of the hard work of digesting food. It's especially difficult to digest certain foods such as meat and other food we weren't biologically meant to eat. So, if we give our guts a rest, we provide our bodies with more energy for healing.
